Simple Booking Process:
Step One: E-mail Reservation Confirmation
once we receive your completed Reservation request (above) you will be sent a “Reservation Confirmation” e-mail. This will outline the details of your reservation and you will be asked to confirm your booking by e-mailing us.
Step Two: Booking Confirmation E-mail
a “Booking Confirmation” will be sent to you via e-mail with all details regarding your Residence.
Payment
Payment for your stay is normally paid in cash (in Euros or Slovak Koruna) when you check-in to the apartment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your stay will require a payment of 25% of the agreed cost of your stay. A 100% payment for your stay will be required for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
