General Terms and Conditions
It is an implied term that by using the Bratislavaresidences.com website and by making a reservation request and subsequent booking you agree to accept our terms and conditions as stated below:
Reservations & Payment
Reservations can be made via the Bratislavaresidences.com website or by calling Bratislava Residences direct on +421 918 819 543. Once a “booking request” has been submitted guests will be sent a “reservation confirmation” e-mail containing these booking conditions and details of how to pay the required 25% deposit. The booking can only be fully confirmed once the deposit is paid. This is normally paid via direct bank transfer or credit card. If a deposit is not received within 7 days of us receiving a “booking request” the reservation will be cancelled. Following receipt of the 25% deposit guests will be sent a “booking confirmation” via e-mail. Final payment of the remaining 75% will be due on the arrival/check-in and can be paid in Euros or Slovak Koruna.
Check-in and Check-out
Normal check-in is after 2pm to allow us to prepare the apartment for arriving guests. However, if you need to arrive earlier please contact us and we will try and accommodate your requirements. Check-out is required by 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your stay will result in the loss of your 25% deposit. A 100% payment for your stay will be required for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
Guest General Code of Conduct
All our apartments are in residential areas and as such guests are required to maintain a “good neighbour” code of conduct during there stay. Guests are asked to refrain from making excessive noise, playing loud music, shouting or engaging in any other behaviour which may disturb other residents. Complaints from neighbours may result in guests being asked to leave the apartment without refund.
Unless agreed in advance in writing only the number if guests indicated in the booking request and confirmation will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
Bratislava Residences s.r.o. (owner of the Bratislava Residences Website) is not liable for any personal injury or loss of or damage to personal property during guest use of its apartments.
Inventory and Damage
A member of staff will complete a brief inventory with guests on check-in /arrival to ensure guests are familiar with the contents and condition of the apartment.
Guests may be asked to pay a €100 or 5,000 Slovak Koruna damage deposit to cover the cost of any damage that occurs during the stay. This is fully refundable on check-out if no damage occurs.
